Thank you for being amazing and well done if you have still been looking after yourself with coming to practise yoga with us during these super busy madness of the festivities 🥳

Alison will be off after tomorrow mornings class but I will be still be fitting a couple of practises in but time changes between Christmas 🎄 and the new year.
