8.30am arrive for herbal tea, registration

9am welcome, Jim's Story, intros, Wim Hof story, breath science

10am deep Breathwork session) followed by sweet treat and tea

11am mindset, cold water science and prep

11.45am ice bath

12. 30pm warming up, tea and setting intentions
